2Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 One Account Per Person
Each player may open only one account at pkpk11. Multiple accounts for the same individual (multi-accounting) are strictly prohibited. If detected, bonuses will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
2.3 Account Security
Players are responsible for keeping their account login details secure. Do not share your password with anyone. pkpk11 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account.
3Deposits

- Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks
- There are no additional fees for deposits (any fees charged by the bank or payment service provider are the player's responsibility).
- Deposits must be made from the player's own account; third-party deposits are not allowed.
- Deposits are normally credited instantly. If there is a delay, please contact customer support.
pkpk11 reserves the right to request further verification on any deposit. Suspicious deposits may be placed on temporary hold.
4Withdrawals
Withdrawals are normally processed back through the same method used for the original deposit.
- Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks
- Withdrawal processing time — normally 10 to 45 minutes
- To make a withdrawal, the player must have fully completed identity verification.
- Withdrawals involving bonus funds can only be processed after the relevant wagering requirement has been met.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while additional KYC checks are in progress.

- Before withdrawing the bonus, players must meet a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount.
- Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus; total balance becomes 40,000 Ks, and you must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks before withdrawing.
- Example — deposit 420,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks; total balance becomes 620,000 Ks, and you must wager 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks before withdrawing.
- Each player may claim this bonus once only.
5.2 VIP Cashback
pkpk11 provides weekly cashback based on VIP level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum). Bronze members receive up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0%.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Terms and conditions vary by promotion; players should read them at the time of claiming.

6Game Rules

- If a player attempts to exploit any system vulnerability, any winnings gained from the relevant game will be voided and the account may be closed.
- Any errors in game results caused by a technical fault will be corrected by pkpk11; pkpk11's decision on such matters is final.
- Players may not use bots, scripts, AI tools, or automated software while playing.
- For football match results, pkpk11 follows the data provided by trusted data providers; if any dispute arises, that data will be used to determine the outcome.
7Prohibited Activities

- Activities related to money laundering
- Bonus abuse — for example, deliberately choosing to repeatedly play the same game just to meet bonus wagering requirements (game cycling)
- Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once
- Opening multiple accounts (multi-account) or accessing the platform using another person's personal information

10Suspension and Termination

pkpk11 may suspend or close the account of any player who violates these terms without prior notice. In such cases, pkpk11 does not guarantee that any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the player — the outcome will be determined by pkpk11 based on the circumstances.
10.2 Termination by the Player
Players may contact pkpk11 customer support to request closure of their account. Any legitimate balance remaining before closure will be paid out; bonus funds will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable terms.
